Chalupa Monika provides year-round pleasant accommodation in the village of Terchová, which is known for its exceptional folklore, singing and dancing, the legend of Juraj Jánošík and the beautiful nature around. Malá Fatra offers a paradise for lovers of excellent skiing, hiking with wonderful views or cycling along marked cycle routes.

 

Comfort is offered by 4 separate studios. Each studio has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with electric stove, kettle, fridge and freezer and TV. There is free WiFi connection throughout the building. Table football, table tennis and darts are available.

 

Pleasant summer evenings can be spent in the gazebo with seating, grill, fireplace. Children will have fun on the playground with a trampoline, sandpit, swing, and slide. There are geese and goats on the adjacent property. Parking is possible directly on the property next to the cottage.

 

In the summer, the surrounding area attracts tourists for walks and trips to the Terchovské srdce Lookout, the Juraj Jánošík Museum, the Terchová Mini Zoo or the Dino Adventure Rope Park. More demanding, able-bodied tourists will enjoy hiking with views of the beautiful nature of Mala Fatra from Veľké and Malé Fatranské Kriváň, Veľké and Malé Rozsutec or Chleb. You can enjoy excellent skiing in Vrátná, and the nearest two ski lifts are in Terchová na Gavurky.

 

Chalupa Monika can be rented as a whole, families with children and groups of friends are welcome.
